Practical tips for companies: - How to use the reformed Skilled Workers Immigration Act
A lot new, but not everything new: In this webinar you will learn how you as an employer can use the possibilities of the reformed Skilled Workers Immigration Act in practice. The focus is on the employment of professionally qualified persons from non-EU countries. The new legal regulations on skilled labour immigration will come into force in stages until mid-2024, starting in mid-November 2023.
The list of innovations is long: opportunity card for job-seeking, entry with practical professional experience even without a recognised qualification, professional recognition only after entry (“recognition partnerships”) and much more. There will not only be facilitations of already existing possibilities. There will also be completely new ways to recruit and employ skilled workers from third countries. We would like to present the central changes to you in a compact form. Furthermore, you will also learn how the free IHK offer UBAconnect works and which international skilled workers with IHK qualifications you can get to know without obligation.
