{"id":615,"date":"2023-05-19T14:54:20","date_gmt":"2023-05-19T12:54:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/wordpress.p606549.webspaceconfig.de\/?post_type=text_modules&#038;p=615"},"modified":"2023-06-26T21:37:06","modified_gmt":"2023-06-26T19:37:06","slug":"beschleunigtes-fachkrafteverfahren-%c2%a781a-aufenthg","status":"publish","type":"text_modules","link":"https:\/\/welcome-sbh.de\/en\/text_modules\/beschleunigtes-fachkrafteverfahren-%c2%a781a-aufenthg\/","title":{"rendered":"Beschleunigtes Fachkr\u00e4fteverfahren (\u00a781a AufenthG)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Accelerated procedure for skilled workers (\u00a781a AufenthG)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>For companies<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With the accelerated procedure for skilled workers (\u00a781a AufenthG), employers have the possibility to accelerate the visa procedure for a specific skilled worker from a third country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><strong>The procedure works as follows:<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The company must conclude an agreement with the foreigners authority.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The agreement costs 411\u20ac and contains the authorisation, obligations of the employer, the skilled worker and all authorities involved, as well as a description of the further procedures including deadlines and parties involved.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>With this agreement, the foreigners authority is obliged to advise and support the company during the procedure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Within 3 months, the recognition authorities and the Federal Employment Agency must make the decisions (prerequisites under the law on foreigners, approval by the Federal Employment Agency).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If all requirements are met, the foreigners authority issues a so-called preliminary approval, which sends it to the employer for forwarding to the skilled worker.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Foreigners&#8217; Registration Office then arranges an appointment with the foreign mission to apply for the visa, which must take place within 3 weeks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At this appointment, the original of the preliminary approval must be presented by the skilled worker together with other documents required for the visa application.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After the visa application of the professional, the decision must be made within another 3 weeks.
